文献概要

　近年，関節リウマチ(RA)の新薬が続々と登場してくるなかで，根治療法が確立されない限り，患者のアンメットニーズに応えるための補完治療として，構造的損傷を受けた関節への手術治療介入は必要とされている．手・手関節のRA手術によって身体機能障害の克服とより高いレベルのQOLの再獲得，うつの改善が可能となる．患者のニーズと術後のゴール設定を明確にすることにより，満足度の高い手術となる．
