扁平足に対する保存療法

　扁平足の原因は，後脛骨筋腱機能不全(posterior tibial tendon dysfunction：PTTD)をはじめとし，距舟関節・Lisfranc関節の変形性関節症，関節リウマチ，ばね靱帯などを含む骨・関節外傷，神経病性関節症(Charcot foot)，足部の麻痺や腫瘍のほか，腓骨筋痙性扁平足(peroneal spastic flatfoot：PSFF)が挙げられる．治療では主たる原因を見極めたうえで加療することが重要である．また保存療法の限界を理解したうえで治療することが重要である．
