Morton病に対する保存療法

　Morton病は深横中足靱帯による足底趾神経の絞扼性障害で，前足部の疼痛と知覚障害を主訴とする．Thumb index finger squeeze testやMulder's clickなど症状の誘発試験と，MRIや超音波診断装置による画像所見から総合的に診断する．初期治療として，靴の指導やインソールの作製，ブロック注射などの保存療法があり，保存療法に抵抗性の症例に対しては必要に応じて神経切除術，神経周囲の剥離や深横中足靱帯の切離による神経除圧術などが選択される．本稿では解剖を中心とした病態の概説や，過去の報告を基にした保存療法を中心に報告する．
