大腿骨近位部骨折早期手術システムによる周術期合併症の検討

背景：大腿骨近位部骨折に対する入院後24時間以内の早期手術を目標としたシステムを2015年4月に導入し，前年度の治療成績と比較した．

対象と方法：2014年度症例(従来群)と2015年度症例(早期群)の手術待機日数，術後入院日数，周術期合併症，抗血栓薬内服症例の術中出血量を比較した．

結果：早期群では待機日数が有意に短く，肺炎，尿路感染症といった術前合併症を認めなかった．術後入院期間，術後合併症，術中出血量に有意な差を認めなかった．

まとめ：早期手術は術後成績を悪化させず術前合併症を減少させた．
