骨粗鬆症性脊椎椎体骨折に対する脊椎固定術

　超高齢社会の現在，骨粗鬆症性椎体骨折(OVFs)に対する治療は大きな問題である．従来，保存療法と薬物療法が基本とされてきたが，奏効しない場合には外科的介入が必要となる．椎体形成術の登場によりOVFsに対する治療戦略は大きく変化したが，椎体形成術だけで解決できない椎体骨折例も多数存在し，それらに対しては脊椎固定術が必要となる．脊椎固定の手術手技はIn situ固定，椎体形成術＋後方固定，骨切り，前方固定など多岐にわたり，病態に応じた術式の選択と合併症を回避する高度な技術力が要求される．
