誌上シンポジウム 超高齢社会における脊椎手術

強直脊椎に伴った脊椎・脊髄損傷—注意すべき超高齢者の脊椎外傷(非骨傷性頚髄損傷を除く)

　超高齢化社会を急速に迎えている本邦において，高齢者の脊椎・脊髄損傷は増加傾向にある．高齢者の脊髄損傷としては，脊柱管狭窄を伴う非骨傷性頚髄損傷が代表的であるが，本稿では強直性脊椎に合併した脊椎・脊髄損傷について述べる．
