輪状靱帯異所性骨化による外傷性近位橈尺骨癒合症の1例

　輪状靱帯の異所性骨化が原因となった稀な外傷性近位橈尺骨癒合症を経験したので報告する．症例は60歳男性で，橈骨頭骨折の観血的整復固定術後3カ月で前腕が回内30°で強直した．CTで輪状靱帯に骨化がみられた．術後1年で骨化巣の切除を施行し，良好な前腕可動域が獲得された．骨化巣切除後1年の経過観察時，骨化巣の再発はなく，前腕可動域は維持されていた．外傷性橈尺骨癒合症は橈尺骨間が直接骨性に架橋される報告が多いが，本症例では輪状靱帯のみに骨化が生じ橈尺骨間を架橋していた．治療は骨化巣の切除のみで良好な成績が得られた．
