リウマチ性多発筋痛症に対する肩関節手術後に関節リウマチの診断基準を満たした2症例

　リウマチ性多発筋痛症(polymyalgia rheumatica：PMR)の患者は高齢者で両肩，全身の痛みを訴えて来院することが多い．ステロイド投与で軽快するが診断後，関節リウマチ(rheumatoid arthritis：RA)への移行例また合併例もみられる．今回，PMRから肩の術後RAの診断がつき早期にMTX，TNF阻害薬を投与し寛解に至った2症例を経験した．
