　大腿骨頭軟骨下脆弱性骨折(subchondral insufficiency fracture of the femoral head：SIF)は若年成人でも稀に発生する．診断と保存的治療については基本的に高齢者と同様である．手術適応となった場合，若年では可能な限り関節温存すべきであり，骨頭前方回転骨切り術を第一選択とする．
