急速破壊型股関節症と大腿骨頭軟骨下脆弱性骨折との関連性

　急速破壊型股関節症は，高齢女性に好発し6〜12カ月以内に急速に股関節が破壊を来す疾患として，1970年にPostelらによって報告された疾患概念である．明らかな誘因がなく関節破壊が急速に進行してから診断されることが多いとされてきた．近年では，大腿骨骨頭軟骨下脆弱性骨折が骨脆弱性をベースに高齢女性の片側に生じることから，急速破壊型股関節症に関連する要因の1つとして注目されている．急速破壊型股関節症と大腿骨頭軟骨下脆弱性骨折との関連性について，論文をレビューし考察した．
