Pachydermodactylyの3例

　Pachydermodactylyは，主に若年者の手指PIP関節部の橈尺側面の皮膚肥厚を来す比較的稀な疾患である．特徴的な腫脹のみを認め，疼痛，可動域障害などを伴わず，画像検査，血液検査でも関節炎の所見を認めない．外見の異常以外は症状がないため見逃されている可能性がある．筆者らは3例を経験し，2例に対して整容面の改善を目的に外科的切除を行い，再発や悪化を認めていない．本症の原因は不明であるが，外的刺激も誘引の可能性がある．保存治療では改善のない症例が多いが，外科的切除は機能障害を残すことなく整容面の改善を得ることができる．
