【X線】単純X線像を用いた足関節の機能軸評価

　下肢の最大の機能は荷重であり，下肢障害の診断と治療にあたってはその機能軸を評価することは必須である．従来のMikulicz線では機能軸が足関節を通る点を決定できないために，足関節における下肢機能軸評価は困難であったが，Hip to calcaneus viewによりこれが可能となった．ここでは変形性膝関節症と変形性足関節症の関係や，変形性足関節症や成人期扁平足において後足部の機能軸評価がどのように病態解明と治療方針の決定に寄与してきたかを，症例提示とともに明らかにしたい．
