【動的評価】3D-2D Model-image Registration法を用いた足関節の動態分析

 3D-2D model-image registration法は動作中の関節のキネマティクスを高い精度で分析する分析法の1つである.この方法を用いて足関節内反捻挫の反復既往を有する者の歩行立脚期中の距腿関節および距骨下関節のキネマティクスを明らかにした.足関節捻挫の反復既往を有する者は,踵接地から立脚期の60%にかけて,距腿関節での内旋が健康な者よりも有意に大きいことが明らかとなった.
