首下がり症に対する手術治療戦略—どのタイプにどのような手術をすればいいのか？

　首下がり症の病態はいまだ十分に理解されておらず，手術に関しても明確な治療戦略は確立していない．われわれは代償機能の指標であるpelvic incidence-lumbar lordosis(PI-LL)と荷重軸の偏位の指標であるsagittal vertical axis(SVA)を用いたタイプ分類に基づいた治療戦略を立てており，その考え方について述べる．この方法を用いることでどのタイプにどのような手術方法が適しているのかの判別が可能であり有用である．
