手関節掌側ガングリオンに対する手関節鏡下手術の治療成績

　手関節掌側ガングリオン11例に対する関節鏡下手術の治療成績を報告する．術前にMRIで発生部位を推測し手術に臨んだ．3-4portalから関節鏡視し，1-2portalから機器を挿入し流入孔を拡大してガングリオンの消失を認めた．全例調査時再発はない．皮神経刺激症状も含めて痛みの残存はない．手関節掌側，特に橈側のガングリオンは切開術では橈骨動脈損傷や皮神経障害，時には疼痛性瘢痕のため，術後に愁訴を残しやすい．その点で背側からの関節鏡視により比較的安全，確実に解消しうる手関節鏡下手術はよい手術方法と考える．
