7　腰椎—骨盤—馬尾神経の電線効果と腰痛

POINT

★立位時，馬尾神経は適度な腰椎前弯ではくも膜下腔の髄液内をゆらゆら揺れているが，腰椎後弯では腹側に移動しピンと張りつめる．

★多裂筋が収縮すると腰椎前弯となるが，過度に収縮すると椎間関節の内圧が上昇し，多裂筋の筋力低下により腰椎後弯の原因となる．

★多裂筋の支配神経である後枝内側枝は，乳頭突起と副突起を結ぶ乳頭副靱帯の腹側を通過するが，この靱帯が骨化すると神経が絞扼され，多裂筋の筋力低下の原因となる．
