Curved Periacetabular Osteotomyの特徴とそのメリット

　Curved periacetabular osteotomyは寛骨臼形成不全に対して行われる骨盤側骨切り術の1つである．その特徴は仰臥位で恥骨，内板を骨切りして行うことである．メリットは小皮切で行えること，外転筋群を一切剥離しないため，術後の中殿筋機能や移動骨片の血流に有利であることなどが挙げられる．一方で外側大腿皮神経障害，坐骨骨切りを直視下に行えないことによる坐骨の疲労骨折，遷延癒合，骨産道への影響などのデメリットがある．
