骨粗鬆症性椎体骨折の骨癒合に影響を及ぼす因子

 高齢者人口の増加に伴い骨粗鬆症性椎体骨折の治療機会が増えている.骨粗鬆症性椎体骨折の予防に主眼を置いたガイドラインはすでに作成されているが,骨折治療には明確な治療指針がない.本論文では代表的な骨癒合に影響を及ぼす因子として,骨粗鬆症治療薬の選択,椎体骨折治癒に影響を与える機械的要素,年齢や併存疾患,投薬内容,および装具治療について述べる.骨粗鬆症性椎体骨折に対する治療選択の参照にしていただきたい.
