変形性膝関節症—UKA vs. TKA

文献概要

症例：79歳，女性，身長151.6cm　体重57.4kg　BMI 25.0

主訴：5年前より特に誘因なく左膝関節痛を自覚，近医受診後は変形性膝関節症(膝OA)の診断のもとヒアルロン酸注射・リハビリテーションなどの保存的治療を行っていた．症状に軽快なく，徐々に疼痛が増強し，紹介され当院を受診した．痛みは立ち上がりや坂道などの荷重時，階段昇降時が主体である．夜間痛・安静時痛はなし．
