転移性脊椎腫瘍診療における予後予測スコア

背景：転移性脊椎腫瘍患者の治療法の選択には正確な予後予測が重要である．しかし，近年原発治療の進歩により生命予後は延長し，予後予測スコアの正確性について疑問が生じている．

対象と方法：転移性脊椎腫瘍に対し手術加療を行い，術後1年以上経過した90例を対象に，予後予測スコアの妥当性について報告する．

結果：予後予測スコアは生存期間と相関し，各群は層別化されていたが，生命予後は原著と比較し，同等または延長していた．

結論：各予後スコアは有用であるが，がん治療の進歩に伴い予後予測基準の再設定が必要である．
