デブリドマンとWound Bed Preparation

　創傷を扱う外科医にとって，デブリドマンとwound bed preparation(WBP)は必須の技術である．デブリドマンは日常の手術・処置で頻用されているが，近年さまざまなデブリドマンの方法が開発され，臨床応用されている．本稿においては整形外科領域で有用と思われる，局所陰圧閉鎖療法(negative pressure wound therapy：NPWT)を用いたデブリドマンと，超音波を用いた機器によるデブリドマン(ultrasonic-assisted wound debridement：UAWD)について述べる．
