セメントレスカップのスクリュー固定に関する健康被害

背景：人工股関節全置換術(total hip arthroplasty：THA)におけるセメントレスカップ固定を目的としたスクリューやドリル操作に伴う健康被害に関する国内外の文献をレビューすること．

対象と方法：「人工股関節置換術」「スクリュー」「ドリル」「合併症」「出血」などの用語を組み合わせ，文献データベースを用いて，国内外の文献検索を行った．

結果：術中の血管損傷が生命を脅かした症例，手術の十数年後に症状が顕在化し再手術に至った症例などが報告されていた．

まとめ：人工股関節全置換術におけるスクリュー使用は潜在的な血管損傷リスクを伴っていることが示唆された．
