左下腿に発生した傍骨性骨肉腫—液体窒素処理骨再建 vs. 血管柄付き腓骨移植

症例：60歳，男性

主訴：左下腿腫瘍

現病歴：20代の頃から左下腿の腫瘤に気づいていた．2年ぐらい前から増大傾向が出現したため近医受診し，当院を紹介された．自発痛はなく，通常の日常生活を送っている．
