骨盤創外固定法—基本と適応

文献概要

　近年では重症骨盤骨折においても，damage control resuscitation(DCR)とdamage control surgery(DCS)，damage control orthopedics(DCO)を包括したdamage control strategyに基づいた戦略的治療により，その治療成績は向上してきている．DCSの中で骨盤創外固定法は，骨盤外傷診療において止血を得るためのツールであり，重要な役割を担っている．適応として不安定型骨盤骨折が挙げられているが，各骨折に対する適切なピン挿入方法を十分に理解しておくことが重要であり，装着タイミングなど各施設において適切な戦略を考えておく必要がある．
