上腕骨顆上骨折

上腕骨顆上骨折を疑う事前情報

　転倒や転落の際に手をついて受傷することで生じる骨折である．特に滑り台や雲梯など高所からの転落後に肘に痛みが出現し，上肢を動かさない時は上腕骨顆上骨折を疑う．受傷直後は腫脹が軽度なこともあるが，時間とともに腫脹が目立つようになる．

　肘内障でも上肢を動かさないため，鑑別診断に挙がるが腫れることはない．肘周辺が腫れている時はまず骨折を疑うべきである．
