問診のポイント

　手は握りやつまみといった単純な運動から楽器や道具を使用するなど，きわめて複雑な運動までを脳と連携して行っている．そのため手は，初めて人が獲得した道具とも言われる所以で，長い人類の歴史は手という道具の獲得により発展してきたともいわれる．

問診・病歴聴取：まず，手の診察をする前には詳細な病歴をとることが大切である．
