糖尿病性凍結肩に対する関節鏡視下関節包切離術および頚椎神経根ブロック下授動術の短期治療成績の比較

背景：研究の目的は糖尿病性凍結肩(DM-FS)に対する関節鏡視下関節包切離術(ACR)と頚椎神経根ブロック下授動術(MUC)の治療成績を比較することである．

対象と方法：対象はDM-FS21肩で，授動術方法によってACR群(10肩)とMUC群(11肩)に分類した．評価項目は術後6カ月，12カ月の肩関節可動域，疼痛スコア，ASESスコア，constantスコアとし，2群間で比較した．

結果：2群ともにすべての術後スコアは術前に比べて有意に改善した．術後6，12カ月のACR群の疼痛スコアはMUC群より有意に低値であった．また，術後12カ月のACR群のASES scoreとconstantスコアはMUC群より有意に高値であった．

結論：DM-FSに対するACRはMUCより高い臨床成績が得られた．
