外傷性橈尺骨癒合症に対する回外筋機能を温存した近位橈骨切除術の1例

　外傷性橈尺骨癒合症に対し，回外筋温存を目的とした近位橈骨切除術を施行した1例を経験した．31歳男性，右肘terrible triad injury術後6年6カ月で，近位橈尺骨癒合症の加療目的に当院紹介となった．これに対し，回外筋機能を温存する目的に，橈骨粗面近位で橈骨切除術を行った．術後6カ月，骨癒合の再発はなく，回内外自動運動はそれぞれ80°，90°と良好な結果であった．症例は限られるが，近位橈骨切除術において回外筋機能を温存することで，治療成績の改善が期待される．
