頚椎椎間板ヘルニア—人工椎間板 vs. 前方除圧固定術

症例：51歳，男性，身長156cm　体重67kg

主訴：3年前より特に誘因なく頚部痛および右上肢の痛みとしびれ，脱力を自覚し，近医を受診．

頚椎椎間板ヘルニアの診断のもとNSAIDs，ガバペンチン内服，リハビリテーションなどの保存的治療を行っていた．症状軽快なく，紹介され受診する．痛みはデスクワークの際や職業である電気工事の際などに顕著である．
