膝蓋骨に発生した軟骨芽細胞腫の2例

　軟骨芽細胞腫(chondroblastoma)は長管骨の骨幹端部に好発する良悪性境界型の比較的稀な原発性骨腫瘍であり，再発率の高さが臨床上の問題とされる．われわれは，扁平骨である膝蓋骨(patella)に発生した軟骨芽細胞腫に対してhigh speed burを用いた腫瘍搔爬とフェノール・エタノール処理，β-TCP(β-リン酸三カルシウム)による人工骨移植を組み合わせ良好な成績を得た2例を経験したので，文献的な考察を含め報告する．
