アキレス腱の外来超音波診療

　アキレス腱に関する愁訴で受診することが最近は比較的多く，外傷であればアキレス腱断裂があり，アキレス腱障害であれば，アキレス腱症，アキレス腱付着部症，踵骨後部滑液包炎といったものがある．アキレス腱断裂は近年保存療法の占める割合が増加しており，良好な結果が報告され，超音波検査を使用した治療法の選択や治療効果の確認もされるようになってきている．

　また，アキレス腱障害に関しても，超音波検査を使用することで診断と治療成績が向上してきている．今回アキレス腱の外来診療をする上で参考となるポイントに関して文献的な考察を含めて説明する．
