関節リウマチの前足部滑膜炎に対する関節エコー評価

　関節リウマチ(rheumatoid arthritis：RA)の前足部滑膜炎は理学所見による診断精度が低く，関節エコー評価が有用である．RAに特徴的な所見がみられることもあり，確定診断の精度の向上につながる．疼痛の訴えが少ない関節滑膜炎や，疼痛を伴う関節滑膜炎，腱鞘滑膜炎や滑液包炎などのRAの疾患活動性を確実に可視化することにより，より良い治療アウトカムを目指す．
