半月板損傷治療からみた膝周囲骨切り術の必要性

 中高年の半月板損傷は変性を基盤としていることが多く,また下肢アライメント異常を伴うことが多いため縫合術の成績は下がる.われわれは下肢アライメント異常を伴う変性半月板損傷に対しては,可能な限り強固な縫合術を行い,半月板逸脱を伴う症例ではセントラリゼーション法による逸脱の整復を行った上で,中間アライメントを目指した膝周囲骨切り術を併用し,良好な成績を収めている.
