エラーを最小限にする膝周囲骨切り術の術前計画

　膝周囲骨切り術は下肢アライメントを矯正することでさまざまな症状を改善する手術であるが，術後下肢アライメント(lower limb alignment)が治療成績に直結する．手術では骨の矯正(bony correction)のみを行うが，実際にはbony correctionに軟部組織による影響(soft tissue correction)が加わり，これらの合計が最終的な矯正角度(global correction)となり下肢アライメントが矯正されることになる．Bony correctionは適切な手術手技で正確に得ることができるが，soft tissue correctionは術前の軟部組織の状態を評価・把握して予測する必要がある．Soft tissue correctionの正確な予測は下肢アライメント矯正エラーを最小限にするために極めて重要である．
