骨盤骨折手術における単純X線透視像での最適なTeepee viewの描出方法

　Teepee view(TPV)とは，下前腸骨棘から上後腸骨棘へ向け照射することで描出される，涙滴形の単純X線透視像である．骨盤骨折のlow route創外固定や各種内固定の小侵襲アプローチの際に，透視でTPVを描出し，スクリューを挿入することが標準的な方法として広く用いられている．骨外への逸脱や関節内穿破といった危険性を回避するために，確実にTPVを描出することが必要不可欠である．そこで本稿では，骨盤骨折治療の際に，誰もが実施できる安全なTPVの描出方法を解説する．TPVの描出は骨盤骨折の各種固定法の習得に必須であり，解剖学的な理解と透視操作に精通する必要がある．
