スポーツ選手における距骨外側突起骨折に対する鏡視下手術

スノーボーダーなどのスポーツ選手にしばしば生じる，距骨の外側突起に対する鏡視下手術の手技を中心に概説する．仰臥位，足根洞ポータルにて2.7mm鏡を用いて鏡視し，ワーキングポータルを外果前下縁に作製する．イメージ透視を部位，方向の補助診断として使用する．転位を伴った単純骨折に対するスクリューを用いた固定術や遊離体を伴う小骨片の切除などに鏡視下手術は有効であると考える．
