全身麻酔に上肢伝達麻酔を併用した小児上肢骨折の治療経験

背景：全身麻酔下の小児骨折治療では，術後嘔気・嘔吐などが問題となる．当院では全身麻酔に上肢伝達麻酔を併用しており，その有用性，安全性について報告する．対象と方法：対象は2018年に上肢骨折の整復・手術加療を行った31例．体重，フェンタニル使用量，手術・術後固定方法，手指可動・疼痛までの時間，疼痛の強さ，日帰り手術の可否，術後合併症を調査した．結果：全例で合併症はなく，術後疼痛は抑制され，日帰り手術が可能であった．まとめ：小児に対する全身麻酔時の上肢伝達麻酔の併用は安全であり，有用である．
