人工股関節脱臼整復に難渋したEhlers-Danlos症候群の1例

Ehlers-Danlos症候群(EDS)は皮膚や関節などの脆弱性を特徴とする結合組織病の1つである．われわれは人工股関節脱臼整復操作に伴い広範の皮下挫滅を来し，分層植皮を要した1例を経験した．今回の経験を踏まえ，EDS症例では脱臼整復操作に難渋すること，また整復操作により軟部組織損傷が発生するリスクがあることを念頭に置くことが必要と考えられる．
