大腿骨近位部骨折治療における多職種連携とレジストリの重要性

高齢化が著しい大腿骨近位部骨折診療において，早期手術，既存疾患や高齢者特有の周術期合併症に注意した全身管理，さらには二次骨折予防など，機能予後や生命予後の改善には多岐にわたる包括的治療が必要である．これらを実践するには診療科，さらには職種の垣根を越え，各分野が専門性を発揮できる連携した取り組みが必要である．診療報酬改定後の大腿骨近位部骨折診療の医療の質の向上，患者QOLの改善，医療経済効果を適切に評価することが重要であり，レジストリによるデータベースの構築が不可欠である．
