急性発症したArachnoid Webの1例

背景：Arachnoid webの症状の進行は比較的緩徐であることが一般的である．症例：22歳女性．特に誘引なく両下肢に違和感を自覚し，5時間ほどで急速に下半身の脱力・感覚障害・排尿障害が進行し，歩行困難となった．まとめ：症状の急性増悪を示すarachnoid web症例を経験した．術中エコーが本疾患の診断に有用であった．Arachnoid webは術前画像での確定診断が困難な場合が多く，鑑別疾患の特性を熟知しておく必要がある．
