びまん性特発性骨増殖症に伴う第12胸椎椎体骨折(新AO分類Type B3)に対して保存療法を行った1例

びまん性特発性骨増殖症(diffuse idiopathic skeletal hyperostosis：DISH)に伴う脊椎椎体骨折は一般的に手術が推奨される．保存療法では遅発性神経麻痺などの合併症が多くなるが，適切な安静臥床肢位や離床時期，コルセットの工夫などは確立されていない．DISHに伴う第12胸椎椎体骨折(新AO分類Type B3)に対して合併症なく保存療法で治癒した1例について報告する．DISH関連椎体骨折にも保存療法で合併症なく治癒する症例が存在する可能性がある．
