Megaprosthesis感染症例への対応

Megaprosthesisを用いた人工関節置換術は整形外科手術の中でも手術部位感染の発生率が高いことが知られている．本稿においては自験例を後方視的に解析し，megaprosthesisを用いた症例における人工関節周囲感染の発生とその対応の現状を明らかにするとともに，文献的考察を加えた．
