抗菌薬の使用方法—各種ガイドラインからみた骨軟部組織感染症の抗菌薬治療

抗菌薬の適正使用で最も重要なのが，“原因菌の同定”である．抗菌薬治療の基本はβラクタム系抗菌薬である．そのため，まずセフェム系とペニシリン系抗菌薬についてその基本を理解しておく必要がある．その他に，抗MRSA薬の特徴についても熟知している必要がある．抗菌薬のバイオアベイラビリティや組織移行性の問題も重要である．
