大腿骨近位部骨折における受傷後48時間以内の手術は合併症を低下させる

目的：大腿骨近位部骨折は手術までの待機期間が合併症と死亡率のリスク増加に関与すると報告されている．術後合併症の発生率を評価し，早期手術の重要性について検討した．対象と方法：当院で手術を行った187例を対象とし，受傷後48時間以内に手術を行った症例と48時間以上経過してから手術を行った症例に分け，術後合併症などを評価した．結果：合併症は，早期群は2.3％，待機群は27.1％であり，待機群で有意に高い結果となり，入院中死亡は待機群1.39％で認め，早期群で認めなかった．まとめ：受傷後48時間以内の手術は術後合併症の発生率を低下させる．
