Point!

●安全な鎮静は十分な患者評価から．リスクが高ければ手を出さない．

●気道管理を制する者は鎮静を制する．

●こどもでも非ステロイド性消炎鎮痛薬(NSAIDs)を使おう．使ってはいけないのはウイルス性感染症の発熱時である．

●アセトアミノフェンとNSAIDsは最大量を投与しよう．
