Point!

●乳児股関節について，一次健診の現状，特に「乳児股関節健診の推奨項目と二次検診への紹介」という指針に基づいて行われていることを心得る．

●不安を抱えて二次検診を受診する保護者に接する心構えや対応の仕方を身につける．

●二次検診時における問診の目的と聴取すべき内容，触診の際の注意事項，理学所見のとり方，撮影すべき画像やその読影法を学ぶ．また，それらを総合して二次検診で正しい確定診断ができるようになる．

●Developmental dysplasia of the hip(DDH)診断後の治療の流れや，専門医への紹介のタイミングを理解する．
