●こどもの股関節疾患には大人にはない疾患が存在する．

●それぞれの疾患について特徴的な臨床所見，画像所見がある．これらを見逃さないこと．

●疾患の見逃しがこどもの将来に重篤な後遺症を残す可能性があることを理解すること．
