膝関節疾患

Point!

●小児の膝関節疾患に対しては手術が不要なことも多いが，成人より慎重な診断と治療の判断が必要である．

●直近1年間に当院へ受診した小児の膝関節疾患では，靱帯損傷と円板状半月板が多かった．

●原因として，男児はサッカー，女児では体育やバスケットボールなどのスポーツによる外傷が多かった．

●小児の膝関節疾患に対する診察では，詳細な病歴の聴取と綿密な現症の把握が必須である．

●小児の膝関節疾患では，必ずしも画像検査は必要なく，病歴や現症だけで専門医へ紹介すべき疾患も多い．

●小児の膝関節疾患に対する保存治療は，成人以上に慎重に行い厳密にフォローするべきであり，手術不要と判断しても専門医へ紹介すべき疾患も多く，決して放置してはならない．
