●こどもの「あしがいたい」は足に限らないので，全身性疾患を含めて鑑別診断を行う．

●骨端核や副骨骨化核が病変と一致するとは限らないので，症状との関連性を確認する．

●所見がなくても安易に成長痛や精神的なものと断定しない．

●痛みの感受性は個々に異なるので，症状が長引いても丁寧に対応する．
