Point!

●大きくなっている，もしくは5cm以上の腫瘤は専門病院への紹介を考慮すべきである．

●軟部腫瘍の単純切除はガイドラインを遵守すべきである．

●理学所見と合わない疼痛や麻痺があった場合に，悪性腫瘍を鑑別の1つに入れるべきである．

●軟部腫瘤の診療では悪性腫瘍と感染を鑑別することが重要である．
